Ben specializes in land, ranch, and lakefront real estate with the Mock Ranches Group. He is a 4th generation West Texas native, growing up for the majority in Lubbock, TX, in between spending 10 years in the Mississippi Delta for his dad's job in the cotton seed oil industry, before returning to the panhandle and attending Texas Tech University after high school, where he received his bachelor's degree in Biology. Ben fell in love with the Central Texas Hill Country after spending time visiting his now wife (Brooke) on Inks Lake and working/hunting on her family's ranch just outside of San Saba, TX.
Ben spent his first 5 years of his work career in medical sales with Stryker Orthopedics and went on to open his own independent insurance agency in Burnet, TX where he sold property & casualty insurance for 5 years before selling his franchise and pursuing his dream of becoming a real estate land specialist focusing on farm and ranch properties. Ben, his wife Brooke, daughter Blaire (4), son Blake (1), and their two labs live on Inks Lake just outside of Burnet, TX and enjoy spending their free time on the water and at the family ranch around San Saba, TX. He grew up around the cotton/ag industry and is an avid hunter & outdoorsman, which led him to farm and ranch real estate to pursue his passion of land and helping others reach their goals through selling/buying land.
