Elizabeth Mock serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Mock Ranches Group, bringing exceptional organization, strategic insight, and leadership to the team’s financial operations.
Raised on a cattle, row crop, and market swine operation in Central Texas, Elizabeth grew up fully immersed in the farming and ranching way of life. She was on a tractor before she could legally drive a car and spent every summer working the land - experiences that deeply shaped her work ethic and appreciation for Texas agriculture and rural values.
Elizabeth met her husband, Kasey Mock, while attending Tarleton State University in 2006, and the two married in 2008. She later earned an undergraduate degree from Texas State University in 2010 and earned her Master’s in Organizational Communication in 2014.
That same year, Elizabeth and Kasey welcomed their son, Maddox, followed by their daughter, Caroline, in 2017. After taking time to focus on their growing family, Elizabeth joined the Mock Ranches Group in 2020, where she now oversees all financial strategy, budgeting, and business investments.
Rooted in agriculture and driven by integrity, Elizabeth combines her ranching background with her business expertise to help lead Mock Ranches Group with strength and purpose. Her leadership ensures the company remains financially strong, operationally sound, and steadfast in its mission to serve clients across Texas with professionalism and care
