Josh grew up in the small town of Krum, TX, northwest of Denton. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife & Fisheries Management and Environmental Conservation of Natural Resources.
After Graduation, Josh spent a short time working on the LBJ Ranch at Stonewall. He then transitioned to an 11-year career with the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service in private land, wildlife, and agriculture management in north central Texas. Josh’s knowledge of the land is a perfect fit as a Realtor Land Specialist for The Mock Ranches Team.
Josh met his wife Amber while at Texas Tech, and they married just after graduation. They are raising two daughters, Audrey and Brenna in Comanche. Most of their free time involves their daughter's activities and serving in their church. In his spare time, Josh enjoys hunting, fishing, and woodworking.
